Houhin (Hobin) porcelain teapot
Houhin is a style of teapot designed to brew Gyokuro (Also it can be used to brew high quality sencha or kabusecha too). Houhin teapots are usually handleless and have a wide mouth and lid to make hot water cool down faster. They are commonly used by professional tea makers in Japan as they know that they are the best teapots for bringing out the full flavor of high quality Japanese green teas.
