The Chasen is the ideal tea utensil for making Matcha. It is most often seen in the Japanese tea ceremony, but you can certainly use it anytime to make Matcha. After you have added Matcha to your cup, move the Chasen evenly back and forth. Whisk until the tea is a frothy emerald-green liquid.
