It is our priority that Zen Tea orders are shipped promptly and with care.
METHOD OF SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped no later than 2 days of receipt. We ship from Vancouver, Canada and usually ship via Canada Post, USPS, and UPS unless another courier delivery is specified. Most of orders from Canada are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel and orders from US will be shipped through USPS and Canada Post Air.
Our shipping rates are made based on the shipping rate of USPS and Canada Post.

Shipping times vary depending on where your order is being delivered. All orders will ship within two business days. Typically, orders placed by 12 PM(Pacific time) will be shipped by the next business day. Orders received on weekends or public holidays may take an additional day to process.
British Columbia: 1-3 business days
Alberta, Saskatchewan: 1-4 business days
The rest of Canada: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority: 2~5 business days, USPS Parcel Post: 2~9 business days
- Canada Post Air: 4~10 business days, Canada Post surface: 6~12 business days
* International: 7-14 business days depending on the process time of customs

HOW TO ORDER
The best way to place your order is through our shopping cart on this website. Our website are secured by Shopify SSL. However, if you are not confident about sending your personal information over the internet, you can send us e-mail or call us with your order. We will gladly contact you.
If you would like to change your order, please send us an e-mail(email@example.com) or give us a call at 1-778-829-3153.
RECEIVE WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order either incorrect or damaged, please send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or contact us at 1-778-829-3153.
DELAY DUE TO BACKORDER
You will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
RETURNIf any of our products do not meet your expectations, you can return it within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
Please note that we can only accept returns of unused teaware and cannot accept any returns of tea (food items) for safety reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your tea, please contact us using the contact form and we will work with you to select the right tea for your palate.
If you do not have your receipt, you may give us your order number, name and address.
If we made mistake in filling your order, we will reimburse the return shipping expenses. We will refund to your credit card as soon as the item is returned to us in resalable condition and in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to send product back to us. Product must be returned unused and postage-paid.
