Our Organic Matcha is certified organic by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of Japan (JAS organic), and is grown with only natural organic fertilizers and no agricultural chemicals or pesticides.This first flush Matcha (Ichibancha) is ground in a stonemill with the greatest of care. It is produced from high quality organic Tencha leaves grown in a covered field exclusively for Matcha production. The powder shows a milky shiny green color typical of high quality Matcha.
The careful blending of the Tencha leaves allow this Matcha to reveal a sweet flavours with a well rounded, balanced and deep Umami.

Preparation: 1-3 matcha spoon/bowl, Add of 60 C (140F) water, whisk with Chasen for 20 sec, add remaining water
